Prisca Awiti seized silver at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. Originally from Great Britain, switched allegiance to Mexico in 2018. Her judo journey began with numerous British cadet and junior titles. Awiti's success continued with silver at the Panam Championships in Guadalajara (2021) and gold at the Panam Open in Santo Domingo and Lima (2022). Bronze at the Oceania Open in Perth (2022) and the Grand Prix in Linz and Zagreb (2023), culminating in a triumphant gold at the Pan American Open in Lima (2023). Fifth at the 2023 Worlds.
